What is MYknoxcalvary?

MYknoxcalvary is a web-based tool that gives you personalized, secure access to your church record. Through your MYknoxcalvary account, you can view and update contact information for yourself and your family, interact with those with whom you are in groups or classes, register and pay for events, view and print a user directory, view your contribution records, give online, and more!

What are the benefits of being a MYknoxcalvary account holder?

Besides the ability to update contact information for you and your family, you can:

  • View available community groups
  • Find basic contact information for others in the Calvary family and interact with members of groups you are already a part of (where available)
  • View your giving history
  • Give one-time and recurring gifts securely online
  • Register and make payments for events

    • How to Get an Account

    If your name and email address are in our church records as a church member or attendee, you can create your own account right now! Click here to open a new window to set up your account, then follow the directions below. (Note: The help available from the system is generic and may discuss options that Calvary is not using at this time.)

  • You need a login, so click the “Click here” link.
  • Enter your email address, first name and last name. Include any suffix (Jr, Sr, II, etc.) if necessary.
  • Click “Find me”. If what you entered matches what is in the church records, you will receive a “Congratulations” message, and your user name and temporary password will be emailed to you. If the system cannot find you, contact Amanda Ungleich with your name, address, email and phone number and you will be contacted to update your record.

    • Information on others

    You can find the names and basic contact information of others in the Calvary family who have opted-in to the MYknoxcalvary system by doing a search on the Overview page. The MYknoxcalvary directory includes active church members plus others who are involved at Calvary in some way, if they have a MYknoxcalvary account. You can also click on Directories at the top of the screen, then click Preview, to view or print a listing of all available Calvary contacts.

    Your information viewed by others

    If you want to allow your basic contact information (name, address, email, phone) to be available to others in the Calvary family who have MYknoxcalvary member accounts, you must choose to make your information accessible. This is a "members only" ability; MYknoxcalvary "guest" accounts (used for event registration, information requests and other external purposes) will NOT have access to any of your contact information.

    To opt-in or change your privacy preferences, click on the "Home" tab, then click "My Account" and choose the "Personal Preferences" tab to customize your settings.
